Entertaining with TASTE

Prepared by our catering kitchen, Entertaining with TASTE requires 2 business days advance notice. Minimum 10 persons. Orders may be placed at the TASTE location nearest you or by phone with our Catering Director at 757.425.3011 ext. 226, via fax at 757.644.6750 or by e-mail at sales@tasteunlimited.com. All orders are available for pick up at any store or may be delivered for a charge (availability limited). We reserve the right to charge up to a 100% cancellation fee. 

Antipasto Platter small (serves 10-15) 60- large (serves 25-30) 120-
A classic display of fine meats, cheeses, and vegetables, served with french bread rounds.

Artichoke Spinach Dip 30- (serves 15-20 people)
Served in a hollowed out bread boule and accompanied by french bread rounds. Requires warming (instructions included).

Bacon Wrapped Scallops 30- per dozen (3 dozen minimum)
Tender scallops wrapped in applewood-smoked bacon. Requires warming (instructions included).

Baked Brie in Puff Pastry (serves 20-25) 50-
One kilo of double crème French brie, filled with San Saba preserves and delicately wrapped in a puff pastry, served with a basket of french bread ends. Requires warming (instructions included).

Beef Tenderloin 12- per person (25 person minimum)
Served medium rare and thinly sliced, with french bread and a mild horseradish cream.

A selection of our finest imported and domestic cheeses and housemade cheese spreads, served with french bread rounds, crackers & grapes. Choose from cheeses only, cheese spreads only, or a combination of each.

Edwards’ Ham Strata 48- (serves 48)
Layers of Edwards’ famous country ham and a blend of savory cheeses.

Assorted seasonal fruits such as honeydew, cantaloupe, grapes, pineapple & strawberries, accompanied by a brown sugar cream dipping sauce & bamboo skewers.

Ginger Side of Salmon 12- per person (10 person minimum)
Side of norwegian salmon marinated in asian spices then grilled. Served with cucumber wasabi sauce and a basket of japanese rice crackers.

Grilled Marinated Shrimp 18- per dozen (3 dozen minimum)
Herb marinated and grilled to perfection.

Fresh vegetables marinated in classic Italian garlic herb blend then flame grilled.

Edwards’ country ham served on Jane’s sweet potato biscuits.
