Based in Norfolk, Lee's Friends offers person to person help and needed emotional and practical help to cancer patients and their families.
TASTE has organized an exciting series of cooking classes as a tribute to company founder Peter Coe, who passed away from cancer in June 2010. 100% of the proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to Lee's Friends in Peter's honor. The five classes will be led by top-notch area chefs who are donating their time and expertise to honor Peter.
Classes will be held in TASTE's kitchen at our Norfolk location at 6464 Hampton Boulevard. Each event will begin at 6:30 pm and will feature a champagne reception and a decadent menu, paired with hand-selected wines. Participants will take home all the recipes from their class, as well as a copy of Peter's own cookbook from a special edition re-printing.
